SemiHow has secured 650V / 50A Trench-FS IGBT performance for inverter and high frequency converter.
from the fourth quarter of this year, Tj (max) = 175 degrees, with a TO-247 package, we aim for full-scale mass production.
In addition, 1200V and 1350V class IGBTs are being developed at the same time, and 1200V is targeted for mass production in the fourth quarter of this year and 1350V in the first quarter of next year.
