Completion of Development for 1200V Very Low Saturation Series

The development of the 1200V Very Low Saturation series products for PTC heaters and low-frequency applications has been completed.
Compared to the previous High Ruggedness series, the Vce(sat) value has been reduced by 7%, achieving a saturation performance of 1.35V, one of the lowest in the industry.
This development is expected to significantly contribute to the expansion of the PTC heater and industrial module markets. Product lineup and mass production are scheduled to begin in Q3 2024.
