Completion of National Project for the Development of 1200V SiC MOSFET

The SiC MOSFET development project, which has been underway for two years since 2021, has been successfully completed this year. (This project was funded by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.)
The project was developed using purely domestic technology (both process and design). Based on this technology, we expect to enter the compound semiconductor market in earnest starting in 2024.
